NPC & Canada's Pallidor Inc. enter into R&D consultancy services

NPC and Canada's Pallidor Inc. signed, on September 10, 2000, a consulting service contract on Research & Development study. NPC has plans to become a leading institution of research and development in the region. In this event, the study contract signed between NPC and Pallidor Inc., among other things, intents to evaluate the NPC's five-year research plan, especially the current research activities, capabilities and management structure. It will also assess the NPC's existing R&D organizational structure and will recommend strategies to improve the commercialization of research.
