Representatives from NPC took part at the 38th European Petrochemical Association (EPCA) Conference in Monaco, France where they
held talks with petrochemical companies and reviewed the global trend of petrochemical markets
and prices. They also met with companies who were interested to source their required petrochemical
products via NPC's commercial subsidiary, PCC. They were particularly curious to enter into contracts with PCC for products including
benzene, paraxylene, methanol, toluene, ethanolamines, high and low density polyethylene (hdPE/ldPE),
polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), acrylonitryl butadiene styrene (ABS), ethylene,
naphtha and LPG.
Several major companies from Europe, China, Japan, Pakistan, Libya, Russia, Taiwan, India and Singapore
showed interest to continue and expand existing commercial ties with PCC, while new clients expressed
readiness to begin cooperation on the basis of long-term contracts as well as bonded warehouse transactions.
The 37th EPCA conference was attended by European and non-European petrochemical company officials.

NPC took part at an exhibition, which was held on the sidelines of the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC)
summit in Putrajaya, Malaysia. NPC delegates conducted negotiations with companies from the Islamic countries over possible
supply of petrochemical products and joint investment in NPC projects.
PCC signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with a major Malaysian company to sell petrochemical products to the company. The LOI
covers a wide-ranging list of products.
