Mahdi Saghafi has been appointed "fully-authorized" representative of the NPC president. He has been tasked with overseeing and coordinating the execution of projects that are being developed at Pars Special Economic/Energy Zone. Saghafi is also NPC's deputy director of projects.

Davood Farmahini Farahani  has been named managing director of Ilam Petrochemical Company. Formerly, he had served as managing director of the NPC's Pouyesh and Mobin Petrochemical Companies.

Aliakbar Ahmadi Dashti  has been appointed chairman of the board of directors and managing director of Razi Petrochemical Company. Prior to his new position, Dashti was managing director of Khorasan Petrochemical Company.
