Mahdi Saghafi   has been appointed deputy director of projects. Before his new position, he had been working with Social Security Investment Company. Prior to that, he had worked for twenty-five years for the National Iranian Steel Company. He holds BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology, Tehran and MS degree in Executive Business Management, from Industrial Management Organization in Tehran. He is already doing his doctoral degree in Management of Industrial Economics at Islamic Azad University, Tehran.

Ali Reza Sadri   has been named managing director of Tabriz Petrochemical Company (TPC) succeeding Mohammad Javad Ghotb. Sadri joined NPC in 1990 as TPC's erection and construction executive manager with a degree in Chemical Engineering from Tabriz University and MS in the same major from the University of Essex, UK. Since then, he has been working for TPC as deputy complex manager, complex manager and deputy managing director.
