Mr. Mustapha Aziz, the Principal Advisor to the President of Dominican Republic met with the NPC President, Mohammad Reza Nematzadeh to explore possible venues of cooperation.
Mr. Nematzadeh briefed Mr. Aziz on the NPC's current and future plans for developing the Iranian petrochemical industry saying that in line with its policy of attracting foreign investment, NPC would welcome Dominican participation in its projects.
Mr. Aziz, who is also Chairman of the Gulf Trading Consulting, said he was interested to invest in Assaluyeh. He said he would encourage other investors to invest in the area. Aziz also voiced interest to purchase the NPC's products including urea.
