NPC and ICI-Synetix sign MOU

NPC and ICI-Synetix signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to explore joint venture collaboration in R&D activities. The proposed activities will include catalyst, joint research projects, improvement of the output and efficiency of the NPC's existing methanol and ammonia plants, PET polymerization catalysts, Syngas generation, catalysts scale-up and training programs. The two sides agreed to form a steering committee to carry out their agreements under the MOU.
