The Company Objectives :
1. Managing the payment of the instalments of financial - foreing currency facilities, obtained during the first plan of the economic development of NPC.
2. Providing financial consulting services to NPC , to conclude contracts gaining the foreign financial facilities .
The International activities :
The following objects regard as a part of functions of the company :
1. Presenting the financial stock market and bond in foreign countries , to NPC and Affiliated companies .
2. Providing the financial longterm and middleterm resources , necessory for the developing projects of NPC.
3. Attracting foreign investments and foreign companies participation , in the form of joint - venture , in the petrochemical development projects , in the petrochemical special economic zone of Bandar- Imam or other areas of the country.
4. Operations regarding NPC invesment in foreign countries either as direct investment or joint - venture
5. Marketing for export of technical - engineering services, installation and constrution of petrochemical projects in the foreign countries.
6. Cooperating with PCC and its affiliated companies abroad , to proceed the international commercial activities.
7. Acting as a liaison between NPC and companies having technical knowledge and experience in activities related to research and Development (R & D), technical and engineering , the regional and international markets'research of the petrochemical products , commerical , safty affairs , environment conservation , etc...
and all the similar activities related to the NPC and its affiliated companies.
8. Organizing international meetings to present Iran petrochemical industries , development projects , and attracting the investments and cooperation in the research and engineering fields , etc. , and propaganda in international Mass Media to reintroduce Iran petrochemical industries and the promoted products .
9. Arranging training in technical , safty , environment , business , administration and marketing including gathering information and coordination for training courses and seminars
